3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree not to use WillPress to:

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you create or upload to WillPress. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the service. AI-generated content produced by WillPress on your behalf is provided to you for your use.

6. Subscription and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. All charges are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change our pricing with 30 days' notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time; your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

WillPress is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. AI-generated content may contain errors and should be reviewed before publication.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bitter Rose & Cape, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bitter Rose & Cape, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of WillPress or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may terminate your account at any time through the settings page.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.
